Request for Public Comment – Draft Road Use By-Law

Take Notice that the Corporation of the Township of Norwich is seeking public comment regarding the Township’s Draft Road Use By-Law.

This type of by-law is commonplace in many municipalities and ensures the appropriate use of our road network, as well as establishing criteria for road use permitting.

The draft By-law was initially presented to Council at the Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

Members of the public may provide comments regarding the draft By-Law in writing to the Township of Norwich until Thursday, October 10, 2024.

A follow-up report, with consideration given to comments received, will be presented to Council at the Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday October 22, 2024.
