Citywide Portal Tips

- Gather electronic copies of all submission requirements for your application
- Apply for one permit per building or structure (do not group multiple buildings or structures into one application)
- Complete all fields as prompted within the portal
- Save your application progress often to avoid losing your information
- Ensure uploaded documents are clear and legible
- Review the summary of your application for accuracy before submitting
The "base fee" is due at the time of permit submission. You can consider this fee as a deposit for review of the application. Township staff will send you an invoice electronically following initial review of your application for completeness.
Following the full review of your application, Township staff will send you a subsequent invoice electronically for the remaining permit fees.
The Township is only able to accept cash, cheque, or debit payment at this time and in-person at the Township Administration Building.
