The Municipal Administration Office is located at 285767 Airport Road, Norwich. Various departments work out of this location, including: CAO/Clerk, Finance, Public Works, Building, Drainage, Fire and Protective Services.
Public Works has two shops located in the Villages of Burgessville and Otterville. The Community Development Services department operates out of the Norwich Community Centre and Medical Services are provided at the Dr. Russell M. Hall Family Health Centre in the Village of Norwich.
